Welcome to Cults Medical Group.

Please call the practice 0345 337 1140 for all appointments, enquiries and results. Do not attend the practice unless you have been asked to do so.

It is still absolutely vital that we continue to operate differently to protect all of our most vulnerable patients and members of the Primary Care Team.

The majority of appointments will be over the phone initially, a  face-to-face appointment will be allocated if a medical professional decides it is clinically appropriate.

An outbreak of Covid-19 in your GP practice could see services hugely and adversely impacted for our entire patient population of 7850 patients.

Where patients are eligible for both ‘flu and a COVID-19 booster jab, and the required time has passed following your second COVID-19 jab, these will be offered together.

YOUR DETAILS

Please contact Reception if your personal details change. It is very important that we hold up to date information regarding your name, address and contact details.

We have a text reminder service so please make sure we have an up to date mobile telephone number for you. This is a great service however it is not to be wholly relied on as means of remembering your appointment, please also take a written note to add to your calendar or diary. Please also be aware that relatives will not receive a text reminder when a dependant/child/parent has an appointment booked. If you are unable to attend an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the appointment to another patient.
